Dear Henrik,
The Trustees are checking out the Portal in their ongoing meeting and have requested we effect the following changes;
- Please remove the "Send email" button on the "Membership
Application Record" .
The "Contact" button next to "Logout" button serves the purpose better .
(see attachment)
- They also want the addition of another field to request the Polling unit location of the person sending the email to the Administrator/Directorate? . Is that possible ?
- I have changed the "Name of Administrator " to "Directorate" as they requested,
so it is now "Contact Directorate "
- In addition to the earlier requests,
They want it to be possible for a registrant to see his or her login credentials immediately
after clicking on "Send login credentials to email address" as they suggest it will eliminate the email checking delay and make the registration process faster .
I.e, kindly make the login credentials of a registrant display on the page below (see attachment)
Possibly the 3 lines below will be okay.

This button can only be seen by officers so that they can contact the registrant directly through Kofa and do not have to use their own email address. Please explain to them.
No. The "Send email" button is seen by everyone (both officers and Registrants)

Oh no!!! They wouldn't have much fun with their portal. Bots will have an easy time destroying our portal. Within a few seconds the portal will be flooded with fake registrations if we display the credentials on the landing page.
That's very true. We will have to make them understand the danger involved.

When creating a ticket, the registrant already has decided how much s/he want to donate. I am using this amount for USSD.

This is of course technically possible. We haven't implemented this yet as it requires a contract with a mobile operator. I cannot conclude a contract from Germany. In Germany these services are quite expensive. And who is paying that?

True, but kindly let this

display as contained in the attachment sent in by Ecobank (see attachment3)
to avoid misleading the prospective donors.
what am saying is that you should simply replace the figure "100" with the word
"Amount"
as originally instructed by Ecobank.

Okay I've done that. But my concern was that we create a payment ticket with a certain amount. For the statistics it will be very helpful, if the amount in the payment ticket corresponds with the amount of the payment done via USSD. Therefore I inserted the amount in the USSD string.
By the way, also Interswitch provides an USSD payment option. They do also insert the amount.

But what if the amount in the payment ticket does not correspond with the amount of the payment done via USSD?
Secondly, the "100" naira you previously inserted in the USSD string might result into a failed transaction for donors who may want to donate an amount greater than a 100 naira.

You might be right but that has to confirmed by trying to make a payment using the service.

Please take out the "Pay via USSD" payment option as it was initially introduced as a temporary
payment option while we were working to set up that of Interswitch.
Please also remove "or USSD" in - Payment Option "Amount in Naira(Payment via Interswitch or USSD)" and kindly make the "Amount in Naira(Payment via Interswitch)" come first or be on top of the "Amount in Dollar(Payment via Paypal)".
