Add hurry.resource inclusions for comfortable including of
JavaScript?/CSS in our pages.

Define a local library of resources named waeup_sirp. Resources
(files) in that library will be accessible via URLs like

​http://localhost:8080/app/@@/waeup_sirp/

and will be looked up by Zope in the local static/ dir.

Add a special resource datepicker that includes a simple piece of
JavaScript? in HTML header when requested by pages/views/forms.
