Release Schedule
================

The portal software will be developed, released and deployed in two phases.

**Phase 1** focuses on:

- the migration of legacy data from existing Eko Disco customer
  databases into the EDP
- registration process of existing customers
- registration process of new customers
- communication with customers
- completion of contracts

The following use cases will be implemented:

Software release and deployment: 6 months after award of contract

**Phase 2** includes:

- meter reading processes
- billing and payment
- accounting

All remaining use cases will be implemented in the second phase.

Software release and deployment: 12 months after award of contract
