[10722]4About This Document
5-------------------

7This documentation compasses the project specifications (specs)
[10724]8for the **Energy Customer Management and Information System**
9commissioned by the Eko Electricity Distribution Company (Eco Disco), Nigeria.
10
11Working title: Eko Disco Portal (EDP)
12
[10722]13The specs describe in a more formal manner the requirements, preconditions,
[10724]14postconditions, etc. needed to build the portal software.
[10584]15Their main goal is to express the expectations of all involved parties
16regarding the mentioned project.
17
18All stakeholders are encouraged to input their own expectations and
19requirements.
[10671]20
[10722]21The specs and only the specs will be the basis for software development.
22It's the software developers' goal to adopt the specs one-to-one and
23to provide a portal software which exactly comprises all the use cases
24with their actors and data entities described in this document.
