91. Open your Firefox browser (IE is not recommended but does also work) and login as manager.
10
112. Click the 'Students' navigation tab.
12
133. Search for students which are in state 'admitted'. Print or write down some JAMB Reg Numbers. Do the same for state 'admission rejected'.
14
154. Click the 'PINs' navigation tab and select one of the APP Batches. Print or write down some unused APP PINs.
16
175. Log out (and close all browser windows if you have opened more than one).
18
196. Click 'View PUME Results' and enter any valid JAMB Reg Numbers. The PUME Results of that person shows up.
20
217. Click on 'PUME Result Slip' to see a printable version.
22
238. Click 'Check Admission', enter a JAMB Reg Number of any admitted student together with one of the unused APP PINs. Then hit the check button. The student will be logged in and the admission status shows up together with the study course the student is admitted.
24
259. The student has two options:
26
27  (a) to accept the proposed study course and to proceed to the clearance form (button 'Continue')
28
29  (b) to deny the proposed study course and to raise an objection (button 'Raise an Objection')
30
31  If the student hits the 'Raise an Objection' button, his/her workflow state changes to 'objection_raised'. A message form will show up where the student can communicate the reason for the objection. The registration status changes from 'admitted' to 'objection_raised'. If the students changes his/her mind, he/she can always continue with the clearance process unless the deadline is not exceeded. The transition from 'objection_raised' back to 'admitted' is not possible.

3610. Press the 'Continue' button. You'll be directed to the application form to upload your passport picture. This intermediate step became necessary because we skipped the PUME application procedure.
37
3811. Choose a passport picture from your local hard disk and enter a valid email address, then press 'Save and Return Later' or 'Save and Apply'. The latter brings you directly to the clearance PIN form.
39
4012. Enter a fresh CLR PIN. The clearance form shows up. There are no required field, which means that the 'Save & Return later' button can be pressed even if the form is not completely filled. The 'Save & Submit' button closes the form and sends the data to the Clearance Officer provided that the Acknowledgement Check Box has been ticked. Otherwise, an error message shows up.
41
4213. Click the 'Clearance/Eligibilty Slip' to see a printable version which also includes the application data and your passport picture. This web page is the official document which gives evidence that you have requested clearance.
43
4414. Click the 'My Study' navigation tab. You'll see all objects which are in the state 'opened', 'closed' or 'public'. Opened objects can be edited by the student. Usually only one object is 'opened' depending on the student's workflow state.  You can either click on the corresponding [edit] link or on the green status link in the student's workflow status box on the left-hand side.
